Today is Saturday and the second to last day in France! Yesterday was the best day of the trip by far, our original plan was to go to Nice for the day but that ended up changing due to the 2 hour bus ride. Instead we ended up buying tickets to Cassis which is right by les calanques national park. We all did have much for expectations of what was going to be there or what we were going to do and it ended up being a gorgeous town and view. There were mountains, rocks and beaches surrounding the water and boats docked everywhere. We ended up taking a boat ride and during our boat ride a couple from Paris ended up talking to us and realizing we had no idea what the driver was saying about the sights around us translated his explanations. Through this we were able to know more about the park and the nature in it. This adventure  was also paired with getting chocholate crepes and waffles and walking around the quaint shopping area. For a day that started a little too late, and a little rocky with the change of plans it was perfect. Today we will be going to Nice for the day which will mean quite a bit of time traveling but hopefully it’ll be just as fun as yesterday, just as beautful would be a hard one to beat.
